"I liked the convience and area."

"This hotel was lovely. Our room was spacious and recently renovated, with a very modern and clean attached bath. The included full breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was very helpful, and the desk has someone there 24 hours a day. I think that guests who cannot climb stairs should be aware that the lifts don't cover every part of the building, and that the layout of the building is a bit hard to understand. But if mobility is not a concern, this is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. You can easily walk down to the waterfront or to see the standing stones. At night you hear the gulls squawking, which is oddly peaceful. In all, we loved staying here."

"Our group had an amazing stay at the hotel. Rooms were great ( we had a suite which looked out towards the castle - amazing views especially in the morning and sunset). Breakfast choice excellent and service of hot food quick and efficient. Spa and pool was busy but clean and well kept ( not sure why there is a £25 charge to use the spa between 09h00 and 17h15 - we were not told about this until we checked in). We had dinner in the hotel one night - maybe a little pricey but we enjoyed the food. Overall the group had a marvellous stay and we would recommend the hotel."

"just modernised staff helpful, good amazing. only one problem we had a wheelchair and had to enter and exit from the back as they haven't put a ramp at the front. i really think they need to add one"

"Excellent hotel room in a unique old world style hotel. Yes it’s dated and not a 5* hotel, but it’s a budget unique hotel with amazingly comfy bed. I loved it, I felt right at home and my uni student daughter loved the character it had. I’ll defo use again"
