"The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. 10/10 Excellent

"Only stayed one night but everything was spick and span as you’d expect. Staff were more than helpful even allowing me to check in slightly earlier than allowed. If was looking for downside would be the boarded up pub/ restaurant next door detracting from the hotel. Few weeds growing around the building if cleaned up would be more welcoming but still good value. Can’t comment on food as I ate out"

"Aircon in the room a huge plus! Clean modern functional rooms for overnight travelling. Staff very kind, empathetic and most supportive. Great value. Highly recommend. Would like to thank Lucy for our efficient check-in, as room wasn't ready she had my phone number and informed me when my room was ready as we wanted to explore the town.
