Honestly, this rating would’ve been much better if it wasn’t for an incident with one receptionist.
If you are here for a few days or on business, this hotel is perfect, as long as you don’t face any “emergency”. I injured my knee, and thank god I work in the medical field so I can take care of my wound and know how to handle it. However, one receptionist highly offended me when she asked my do walk down the block for a “medical supplies vending machine” at 12 A.M!!!! Though other staff were so kind and offered help, this one was so rude in my opinion! She even asked me to go to the restaurant to ask for the wound healing spray! 2 kind receptionists told me before that I can ask for it anytime I want and offered help. I don’t like asking for stuff… I even looked for that spray but couldn’t find it in pharmacies, and it was an “emergency”, it’s not like I’m taking it with me! Glad my wound wasn’t fatal, that rude receptionist would’ve probably asked me to walk down the block to die there with no fuss!
I’m honesty disappointed in this 5 stars hotel! I thought this place was perfect, but apparently not!
And to be fair, ALL the staff on the breakfast buffet floor were amazing! And a few of the receptionists as well.
