"Staff was nice enough. Property is very basic. “Breakfast included” is pushing the envelope. Their website speaks of amenities that are “going to be added” but obviously that has not happened yet. The property is quiet though and sufficient for one person overnight. "

Spacious 4-bedroom house in charming Carlsbad with WiFi and AC

"The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the back patio with with the table fire pit and games. We were out most of the time enjoying the area with shopping and of course going to see the bats at the caverns. We wanted to go in the caverns but all tickets were sold out by the time we got there. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We want to come back in October and stay again if this property is available then. We also went to Roswell and took lots of pictures as well. Thank you for giving us a beautiful place to stay while we were here. My daughter had most all pictures on her phone so I didn't get to post but two I had."

"The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic's (however any kitchen supplies (such as foil, saran wrap, etc., was nonexistent- info provided for planning purposes). Wi-fi was easily accessed. The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding area. Would stay again if in the area."

"The property is located in a great neighborhood and is very clean. We were surprised at how large it was and it was very cute. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get to our day trip locations. I highly recommend staying here!"
