"Amazing place! We left a local motel called Postal Inn which was disgusting and filthy. It was great to go back to a place we know where were greeted with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast hit the spot on out way to a softball tournament. "

"I had two night booked and left after the first night. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Filthy floor, hair, what looked like pubic hair, and something on the walls. I was traveling with my young daughter and couldn’t even have her shower. It was so bad I ended up booking a room at Comfort Suites the next night and just took the loss on the money. Additionally, there were a bunch of ppl just hanging out around the parking lot which really didn’t make me feel like my vehicle was safe so I really didn’t even sleep much. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. "

"I ordered the suite just for jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi tub was broken, fentanyl was on bathroom floor. Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either. I went to the office to get a different room because the only reason I rented the room was for the jacuzzi tub my front desk person tells me that all of the jacuzzi tubs you don't work. I'm the only way to get a discounted refund was through Expedia since I did a third party order. I suggest looking elsewhere other than Stevens Inn!!"

"We had a great stay at the holiday inn Carlsbad. We were met right away with very friendly staff and a well kept lobby. Our room was clean and set up like you’d expect. We used the pool and hot tub and I was happy it was heated and clean."

"This is truly like coming home… all the way to your couch recliners. The owners went above and beyond by including little items you often forget (toothpaste, lotion, coffee) Internet was easy to find and connect too. They also included a basket of snacks. If you have pets, they had a pet door and secure backyard. I have been in many VRBO’s this was by far the most comfortable and thoughtfully prepared home. The neighbor even took our trash to the street. Just an incredible experience. "
