About this property
Sefton Park n Princes Park and Lark Lane the other end of Linnet and bus to LFC
original solid wood floorboards- freshly varnished
fully equipped kitchen (except theres no washing machine at the moment till I can get a counter top one due to no space for an under counter unfortunately
this is a brand new apartment just been set up and added to Airbnb and is my first of many to come hopefully
1 double bedroom 1 single bedroom 1 small sofabed (suitable for small child only)
max 3 adults and 1 child The space The property is on the Top 3rd floor and has stairs only in the building no lift Guest access the code to enter the building and lockbox code for the keys for will be sent to you 24hrs before your stay Other things to note The sofa bed is a very small double bed and would only fit a child on, I wouldnt advise an adult to stay on the sofabed
