I was not happy with the fact that a separate linen charge was applied after I had paid for the hotel via hotels.com. This should have been included in the price Apart from that! The area was amazing, view was stunning, handy supermarket nearby. Room was clean, secure enterence to the apartment.

Despite having constant correspondence with this property and having sent numerous documents, no arrangements were sent to retrieve a key. We had to find other accommodations in Liverpool at the last minute. This property is too much trouble, especially for the price.
