The Space:

Step inside and immerse yourself in the Beatles-themed decor that pays homage to Liverpool’s most iconic band. The walls are adorned with vintage pictures and photographs of John, Paul, George, and Ringo, transporting you to a time when the Beatles were taking the world by storm.



Liverpool is also a city with a rich maritime history. The apartment’s decor reflects this with nautical accents and subtle nods to Liverpool’s once bustling port.



The apartment also pays tribute to Liverpool FC and Everton FC, beloved football teams of the city. Whether you're a fan or simply interested in the football culture, you'll appreciate these touches.



The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for up to six guests. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a small double bed. There's also a sofa bed in the living room (all bedding provided). The living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine.



Start your morning the easy way. Our premium breakfast hampers, available to purchase, are delivered directly to your door, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast without leaving the apartment. Choose from three carefully selected options to suit your stay.



A coin operated washing machine and dryer are available for you to use in the communal area of building. Please note that these machines are shared with other residents in the building. Money spent on these facilities can be reimbursed by Flatzy at the end of your stay.



The apartment features a modern bathroom, complete with a shower and bathtub combination. You'll find plenty of fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay more comfortable.



The location of the apartment is perfect for those who love nature and outdoor activities. Sefton Park is just a stone's throw away, where you can enjoy the lake, botanical gardens, and a beautiful palm house.



A short stroll away you will find the vibrant Lark Lane, which is home to ample bars and restaurants. The apartment is also within easy reach of Liverpool's city centre - you can hop on a bus (30 minutes) or take a short taxi ride (15 minutes) to visit the Beatles Story museum, the Liverpool Maritime Museum, and Albert dock.



PARKING

Parking is available for free for 1 car in our gated carpark, in addition there is free street parking right outside the property.



CHECK-OUT

Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.



TOWELS & LINEN

- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)

- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom



SAFETY & COMPLIANCE:

For your peace of mind, the property is fully equipped with essential safety features, including:

- Number of guests in property must not exceed the number specified in the booking

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entirety of the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

Extremely quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. 1 minute walk to Sefton Park. 15 minute walk to Lark Lane.



Getting Around:

It is 10-15 minute taxi to the city centre alternatively, you can catch the 75, 80 or 80A bus from Hartington Road which takes around 20 minutes.

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
