Nightmare do not stay here

Absolutely awful! Didn’t even get to stay in the hotel. Arrived at the hotel yesterday to be told we have no room for even though I booked the hotel room over 3 weeks ago. Refused to give me a refund and said find your own hotel phoning this number in America. Trying to sort out where to stay with the most ignorant check in manager to then be told we were trespassing and phoned the police on us. Apparently we were the only people this happened to which we quickly found out it was not by other guests. Never stay in this hotel! It’s an absolute shambles. Birthday ruined

Booked and paid for 8 people to stay in self contained apartment. 6 cups 1 fork 3 knives Couple of spoons 4 towels With not having enough utensils for us to eat or drink 3 of us went and booked in to another local hotel that was clean and had cups etc

We were a little disappointed not to be in the main building. We are both in our70's and found it hard to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. We were initially given the wrong key followed by wrong written instructions about how to use the key code. However we were happy with the the appartment, especially after we collected our towels the following morning. We would stay again on another trip to Liverpool.

Stay was absolutely terrible, I have been charged twice. Didn’t get checked in until 6pm because apartment key was lost therefore missed hour of event. Reception staff were rude. No communication and telephone number doesn’t work. Room wasn’t cleaned.

bad mattress and felt uncomfortable w/ no curtains

Was quite disappointed to find the “city view” room was GROUND floor, and the windows covered both walls and were big and only had blinds not curtains so I felt uncomfortable getting changed because the blinds had gaps where people could look in if they wanted. I did like the room it was clean and looked good, but the mattress was so cheap and I felt the springs and wooden base through the mattress so yeah I expected a better mattress which was disappointing. Would rather have stayed at premier inn tbh

The quality was disappointing. The corridors were filled with rubbish and broken glass. It also smelled of marijuana. In the room, the blinds were dirty. In the kitchen, there was no sponge to clean utensils so naturally they were dirty too. The toaster did not work.

Great apartment but wouldn’t recommend if u have walking difficulties as stairs are very steep to get to room. Good location and there is a carpark across from the front door which is £14 for 24hrs stay

Ok, but won't stay again

On arrival, no one was at reception and there were 5 customers ahead of me. 15 minutes after my arrival someone arrived at reception, flustered and rushed off her feet. I waited 25 minutes in total to be checked in. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, there was an old contact lens on the side table. Does make me question how much cleaning was actually completed

We arrived at the property and was greeted by two lovely people, they were very concerned that when we had booked the day previously they were fully booked and hotels.com had allowed the booking. We were given an upgrade which was amazing, We will definitely use these apartments in future, fantastic location.

Apartment impressive, exterior let it down

The outside of the apartments look grubby and dated. The foyer area is very basic and has a bad odour. Along the corridors the walls are dirty, the carpets are stained and there is an unpleasant odour. Inside the apartment was completely spotless, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We were supposed to have 3 single beds but we got a double and a camp bed but it sufficed.
