Not best location for light sleeper

Nice flat, someone pressed the intercom buzzer every night at 2am, shower could do with fresh sealer, leak in kitchen sink and no hot water. Evidence of leak on lounge ceiling. Easy walk to docks area. Cafe, pizza shop and shop just within 100 yards. Lots of road noise which probably wouldn’t matter to anyone who’s not a light sleeper like me.
