I stayed in a beachfront room. It is literally right on the boardwalk. What a fabulous view! The location is excellent for walking around Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney Blvd, and the canals! It was comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend!

Location is great. Front desk was helpful. Building is pretty run down. The most challenging encounter was a strong odor in the elevator and hotel room. Something of mold and or years of use.

Room was clean, and very quiet. The highlight of the trip was the staff - front desk, doormen and maintenance were always friendly and welcoming, especially with our daughter. Wonderful stay.
