"The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The room we stayed doesn’t have microwaves. They helped us with microwaving our food during thanksgiving. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The site is obsolete and far from big towns, but it’s convenient for getting on the ski trails. They have ok internet access. The public pool and hot tub were really nice and cozy especially after day-long ski. The lobby is equipped with fire pits, board games and self service ice/hot water area. We spent a lot of time hanging around in the lobby area. They have outdoor fire pits and provide mush mellows for S’mores. The breakfast was not so satisfying as they only offer cold stuff such as oatmeal. But probably this was due to the thanksgiving when we visited there. The food in lodge restaurant for lunch was below average and a little more expensive but the staff were really nice. "

"By far the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous view of the mountain, comfortably appointed and a great size for our families to enjoy. The ski/in/out was great and the property is just far enough from the main lodge to feel like a retreat. Hot tub was very clean and was great a the end of the day of skiing. We loved it and hope to stay again. "

"The unit matched the description and photos, with great natural light and convenient ski-in/ski-out access. However, there were a few issues:No parking pass was provided at arrival, and Vacasa's management status with the property caused confusion. The building manager, though helpful, had to intervene to prevent towing. We weren’t given access to the ski lockers, leaving us without proper gear storage despite signs prohibiting skis/boots in the unit. This is disappointing for a ski-in/ski-out property. The blinds didn’t work, making the unit very bright in the morning. Most drawers were filled with linens or personal items, leaving limited space for our belongings. The thermostat was tricky, reading 4F higher than the actual temperature. The sofa isn’t a true pull-out and it's difficult to use sheets on it.On the plus side, there’s a hot tub on the property (not listed), and the location provides easy access to the mountain. Note: this is a two-floor walk-up with no elevator."
