Heater smelled bad, fake veneer peeling off all furniture, bath fan/light made grinding noise. Room was nothing like what was pictured on website. Pool and hot tub need a new paint job. This facility needs better maintenance. Not worth the 200+ spent for the night.

Property needs repairs and new carpeting. The pool / sauna looks like it hasn't had maintenance since 1990. My room was supposed to have skylights but both were boarded over. Breakfast options almost non-existent. Tiny galley kitchen with very few options. Room for only two people at a time.

Was clean, had a little arcade for my kids which was nice. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Bfast was alright. Just has the general things, waffle,oatmeal,cereal,bagels. Overall was a great place to stay

Honestly much better than expected. Definitely more upkept than other hotels in the area, so presently surprised. Good parking. Clean nicely appointed rooms. Very comfortable beds. Convenient location, good walking to restaurants and markets.

This hotel should be closed! Not only is the place in total disrepair...the pool and hot tub are beyond disgusting. Nothing presents as the pictures do. The staff, what there is of it, could not care less about anything other than getting their money. We ended up leaving less than an hour after a three hour drive. We stayed a mile down the street at a wonderful hotel Towne and Country. Their staff informed me that we were not the first customers they heard voice grave concerns over the deplorable conditions at the Quality Inn in Gorham NH. Trust me ...ZERO Quality there...ZERO!!! Expedia needs to NOT be involved with this hotel. Truly a disgrace
