"The staff were excellent but the room smelled of smoke and there was a hole in the door where the spy hole is meant to be, but it was just a hole and you can see straight through inside the room from the outside. We had to put tissue in the door as a temporary closure, as we were only staying one night. The bathroom was dated and a mouldy / stained. The bed however was comfortable."

"Upon arrival we were greeted with the nicest smiles. Our room, 502, was ready and had a great view over the pool and garden. Mini-bar snacks were inexpensive and very welcomed. Everything was so clean. The rain shower was really the best I have experienced. I don’t know how so much water flows through it. Breakfast was included and there was an excellent selection and quality. We took the shuttle to the airport and they left on time, 15 minutes later we were checking in to our flight to Singapore. The market across the street, next to McDonald’s, was fun to walk through at night. The mall had everything too. So for a hotel near the airport, rate this the best! "

"Nice pool area, good breakfast options, and very easy to get food deliveries. I think the Wi-Fi is better in the nonsmoking tower. Our Wi-Fi was pretty good, but heard the smokers complaining and read prior reviews.The AC unit worked very well, but they tend to have some plumbing issues. The on demand water heater was great. I could not use the pool area at all as the time I went down to sit by it- I couldn’t breathe with all the smoke surrounding me and there were always a lot of smokers down there. "
