部屋はきれいで広く、スタッフも親切で、朝食も美味しかったです。 Wifiがなぜかスマートフォンしか繋がらずパソコンは繋がりませんでした。また、速度が遅く、改善の余地があると思います。

Keine Info zuvor, dass es unmöglich war zum Hotel zu gelangen , ohne durch 20cm tiefes Wasser zu gehen. Mit 20kg Koffer absolut bodenlos. Check In auch auf Nachfrage keine Erklärungen o.ä.. Restaurant hatte Buffet oder nix zum Abendessen. Das war meist kalt und wurde auch kaum aufgefüllt. Insgesamt als "Luxus" eher ein Reinfall. Zimmer war ok, Sauberkeit wirklich gut.

Hotel was great. Staff was always helpful and nice. At first Our room wasn’t the cleanest (it just felt dusty) when we arrived but I told the front desk and they immediately cleaned it much better from then on and we were really happy. Room size is ok. Bathroom a bit small. Towels could use replacing to new ones. Decent breakfast options and good food at reasonable prices. Coffee shop was a nice option and they also have like a chicken rice food truck every afternoon to evening - perfect! This is known as a Halal hotel. It has a decent rooftop pool and small gym with 2 treadmills. Was very disappointed though in the laundry area as you had to walk to another building and the machines were not the industrial type more like the home type (and only 2 washers and 2 dryers I think I can’t remember) but you would have to wait your turn -not ideal for a family with kids. 7 eleven next door and open grocery 24/7 a 2 doors down plus McDonalds if you’re into quick no fuss bites once in awhile. Close to some malls like the Mall Lifestore. Would stay here again. Thank you!

We choose this hotel because the proximity to the airport as we were a one day stop over in Bangkok. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, we also got a buffet dinner . The hotel does not serve alcohol but we did not care our stay was short and sweet.

Nice clean hotel with all in room essentials amenities. I was on the 6th floor same building as check in counter. The water pressure is a little low in my opinion (but not so low). Close enough to walk to 3 train systems (BTS, Airport Link and Eastern Route).

The staff was very helpful and kind. In the building itself we unfortunately didn’t find much to praise. We’re pretty sure the first room we were given had water damage. Water (condensation?) also drips from a hole in the ceiling on top of the reception. Rooms aren’t well soundproofed, quite a bit of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. Overall the place just looks in need of repairs. The location is kind of convenient though, right next to a supermarket and with easy access to and from the airport via skytrain. Probably if the halal factor is important to you then you might appreciate this hotel more.
