"Pool and hot tub are very nice, especially if you have kids. The fitness room was great, all you need for a solid workout and it’s open 24/7. Only had breakfast once, average options but over all, quite nice. Room was spacious, A/C worked perfectly, modern smart tv, big shower, not the best pressure but that’s expected in a hotel. Best feature for me was being steps away from the golf course. Friendly staff members. Only reason why I did not give it a 5 star review is, every single towel I received in my room, had a few long hairs attached, might not be a big deal to some, but for me, it is quite gross, not the end of the world but just unpleasant for me. Overall, I had a great stay, would definitely come back."

"Excellent communication and friendliness from the hosts made my stay smooth and comfortable. The place was well stocked and clean. They like above the unit, so you can hear them walk around from time to time, but they keep a normal family household schedule that is non-disruptive."

"The host was great at getting back to us. My biggest disappointment was the house needs a deep ! Cleaning ! from Floors to ceiling. And kitchen cupboards drawers. Very dusty and hair everywhere. That ment I had to wash pots or certain things before using them. The kitchen has all you need but it needs to be cleaner for what I am use too.great balcony and pool deck. The yard is amazing heated pool hot tub was fabulous. Close and walking distance to winery park and resturant . Love the deer the vineyard scenery . The views are great from the house. Very safe area ."

"Hot tub would not get hot, property manager was not responsive with solutions on that and other items we inquired about before and during the stay (like confirming if there was coffee at the property or if we needed to buy our own - things that can easily be listed) and lack of towels. "

"We found a beautiful refuge while staying for three weeks in this home overlooking the Okanagan lake and vineyards of West Kelowna. There is a lot of space for larger families or groups as every room is quite large. The pool was so wonderful to enjoy each day during the late summer months. The house were accessible yet gave us the privacy. We needed to enjoy a home away from home. Everything was so clean, organized and modern. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope you will as well!"

"Our stay at this West Kelowna property was absolutely spectacular – it exceeded all of our expectations! The apartment and the property itself were stunning, and honestly even better than described in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into making this a true home away from home.The lake views overlooking the Okanagan from our balcony were breathtaking – we especially loved enjoying our morning coffee while taking it all in. The location was perfect too: a short Uber ride into the city, yet peaceful and scenic when you returned.Paul and Kirsten were wonderful hosts. They truly thought of everything to make guests comfortable, and the place was spotless. Their recommendations for things to do and places to visit made our quick two-night stay even more memorable.We cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area.
