Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock
This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Little Rock. I normally can give 5s for everything. Unfortunately a lighting outage caused a delay in checking in and WiFi troubles. Both things were out of any staff members hands but they handled it so well. Kudos to an amazing staff team!

Little Rock Marriott
Everything great except parking which was $32 a day and valet only. At busy times they couldn't keep up. Big traffic jam in front of the hotel. 20 min wait to get the car. What a mess.

Love the omelets of course. The bar tenders during evening reception are great. Staff at breakfast are so polite, attentive and quick to assist. A small improvement is when the hotel has a lot of people to make sure the bowls stay full at evening reception. I know other locations constantly refill ...
