This place is a big NEGATIVE for me

The breakfast is horrible and shouldn’t be considered a breakfast. I mean the absolute cheapest breakfast you could imagine. Hard frozen biscuit and hard as a rock. Gravy bland and blah, no sausage or any meat. No eggs, fruit or yogurt.Bagels no cream cheese, bread, honey buns, and cereal. The outside of the hotel was janky and dirty. There was trash and cigarettes butts everywhere. The room was clean however I will give them that. Also, the lady at the front desk was friendly and attentive.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we returned to the hotel after check out because our son forgot his wallet. It was found in the made bed in his room, meaning the sheets were not changed after we left and before the next guest would be checking in. That was very concerning. The front desk staff stated they would address that issue with housekeeping.

The staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was pretty decent for typical continental breakfast. And the staff was attentive to replenishing and keeping the area tidy. The bed was very comfortable & i liked having a mini frig. The hotel is old though and needs a lot of updates. The 2 things that were disappointments were the shower which was accessible/removable shower handle, but was not user friendly and the water pressure was way too high; and the dead bugs outside the entrance. That made me nervous to bring any snacks to the room but I didn’t see any bugs inside my room, which was a big relief.

Cigarettes burns in sheets, was clean but not sure if could pass glove or black light test. Ground were dirty and unkempt. Service people real nice and helpful. Near casino but also near papermill that smells sometimes. Occasional homeless or transient. Sometimes weed smell. Stomping and loud at odd times. It's average for a Super 8. Not that good or bad.
