Old house in an old neighborhood. It was quiet, which was nice and the location was great. The place was clean and had everything I needed. Also included games and necessities for children.

The kitchen was not the cleanest. We did find it was supplied to our needs. The rooms, including the bed were comfortable. The doorknobs to each bedroom were unattached and fell off, not allowing total privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay. This trip was spent mostly away with family celebration so it served our needs.

Cozy home in a great location

Cute home for a weekend stay

We had a great time. The wifi was awesome and the beds were super comfy. We cooked in the house and it was so nice to have everything there like spices and things like that. Our entire group somehow forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner so it was awesome that it was provided. All in all a great stay.

The house was setup like a home and not just another rental unit. It was very cozy, the tub was a favorite to enjoy, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet! A very convenient location to much of Little Rock’s amenities.

Location was close to great restaurants and the area seemed safe (even with the eyesore across the street). House is older with a little bit of disrepair, but kitchen has been updated. Overall we had a nice two night stay.

Diamond in the rough

Don’t let the eyesore across the street bother you. This was a great little place for three seasoned friends to reconnect and explore the area. The kitchen was great for cooking some of our meals and a great hammock in the backyard for relaxing.

Everything was exactly as it should have been. Very clean everything worked. Property manager contacted us to arrange a small maintenance job when he detected it and completed it while we were out. Very well maintained. I will certainly stay there again!

Beautiful home and great location

We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed with someone. The neighborhood seemed safe and we would definitely stay there again.

John and Shannon's house was very homey, clean, had a great kitchen, and in a walking, quiet neighborhood (and close to The Oyster Bar). Yes, the house across the street is an eye-sore but you can ignore it.

Cozy bungalow

We had pleasant one-week stay at this home in the Capital View section of Little Rock. It is easy and quick (< 30 min) to get to most places given the home’s central location and extensive highway system. The home was very clean and the owners were very easy to work with. The home is in a middle class neighborhood that seems to be undergoing gentrification. The house across the street is a bit of an eyesore but overall the neighborhood was quiet and seems safe.

Cute House

Cute clean house; house across the street was a little questionable - however we did feel safe. There was quick communication anytime we had a question; one of TV's didn't work & they were quick to replace it. There was a $1500 deposit required - we've not experienced this large amount before. It's been 10 days since we've checked out & it still hasn't been reimbursed. Providing we receive all of the deposit back soon, we would stay there again.
