You and your crew will be able to relax in this spacious, family-friendly four-bedroom home — with peaceful woods right in the privacy of the backyard and located centrally, just minutes from highly-rated restaurants and entertainment centers.
The space
The house is very spacious, has a large private backyard with beautiful pine trees stretching far back. Great light, tons of floor to ceiling windows, large bedrooms and sweet decor.
Guest access
Besides the attic and garage, all parts of the property are available to guests.
Other things to note
The house is located on a bit of an incline, but once you drive up the driveway it is a flat path to walk to the door. Overall not too steep, but mentioning for accessibility. Please reach out to me if there are any concerns!

Great peaceful stay!

The house is so comfy and all the necessities are there. It is in a great location near many restaurants and businesses. We especially loved the nice back patio with the string lights.

Short stop on our way to Tennessee

This house was very accommodating. We stayed only 1 night but was well worth it. We came in very late & the host answered my question quickly although it was after midnight. The house is as advertised & is very nice. Toiletries provided which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Little Rock!! Thank you for sharing!!

Property needs some work, but was clean. Yard needed mowing and there was clutter in areas (not for guest use but visible by guest) One door in upstairs bedroom was taped shut with clear packing tape which was very unprofessional looking. Beds were all comfortable and again everything was clean. Plenty of towels provided for the weekend. I think this could be a premier listing with some organization and clean up.

Family wedding near Roland, AR so this location was perfect, about 20-25 minutes away but much closer to restaurants etc. in west Little Rock, and only 15-20 minutes from downtown or the airport. Spacious, easy to figure things out, clean interior, and comfortable. Other than one of the blinds in the main level master bedroom, everything worked. Only noticeable issue was the unusual number of spiders outside (garage, porch, and backyard). Knocked them back with Raid spray from the nearby Kroger, and only saw one small spider inside during our stay. But suggest a full-scale and regular insecticide soak of the place during warmer months. Overall, we all enjoyed the place and would definitely stay again if visiting that part of Arkansas.
