Convenient location if visiting Baptist Health Hospital. Exterior area felt safe and was well kept, even being pet-friendly. Interior was clean and updated-ish. We found the pillows extremely uncomfortable, but that definitely didn’t ruin our stay.

I didn't care for the property at all. This bathroom sink leaked, causing a mess all the time, pulls missing from dresser, no shampoo, lotion, ect. in room. Most of all, no breakfast bar, had to make your own coffee because there was nothing in the dining area. I held the room with a credit card and my husband gave them another one to bill the room to and they used the first instead of the one he gave them. We wouldn't stay there again. The lady at the front desk was the best thing about the stay.

I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten wood. Very displeasing odor. I feel sure I will NEVER use this hotel again.

The annex where we stayed, the back door was propped open and it was a hang out for druggies and prostitutes. Once we got in our room, which was around 9:00 pm, we were too scared to leave. There was no way they could afford the rooms bc it was expensive even for us. I don’t mean to sound snotty but when you pay $150, this environment is not what you expect.

This hotel was not well maintained. The back entrance did not work with a key, so it was propped open with a rock--not safe. It was 90 degrees out in June and the pool was not open. The room was musty and damp. Coffee maker did not work, only 3 towels provided, and no soap--the owners need to fix the property up . The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They were apologetic about the broken door and pool which was out of their control. Again, this hotel is poorly maintained.

The hotel room was clean && it could get very dark in there (( witch was a plus for us )) i liked everything. Check in was quick the guy was nice who checked us in. My only issue is housekeeping they come around 3 hours before it’s time to check out…I was still sleep around 8 (( && of course I knew when check out was )) witch is 11am I still had time to sleep.

Staff upon arrival very untrained and did not know the area eventho they lived there. No map to guide out of town guest to restaurants. No I don’t want to use my phone for that! At least be able to suggest good eating places and how to get there. Lady at desk had to call her mother to find out the name of the Highway and 6 lane highway that ended at the hotel!

The location was good. The room has only 1 small bar of soap. The tub was dirty. There was dirt/mildew around the shower tile. We will definitely never stay here again unless it is an absolute emergency and we have no where else to stay.
