We absolutely loved this home! It was spotless, and had more than enough space for us and our two fur babies. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable, and we loved having ceiling fans in every room!The large kitchen and dining room table were perfect when our daughter came for dinner. We had enough space for four people to move around comfortably.We would absolutely stay in this home again!

House was just right! Had just what we needed and location was great (other than the busy street). No street noise in the master bedroom in the back. Trees will leave a lot of sap on cars so be sure to wash after the stay!

This property is great. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. Great manager to work with as well. The location is very convenient to the Little Rock area. Easy to get in and out of. The back yard is nice and gated for pets to be secure. Love it and hope to stay there next time we are in Little Rock.

A little difficult to turn around our large SUV, so had to back out onto a busy street. Otherwise, this was a great place for us to stay and would stay here again if we needed to stay in Little RockGreat place for our two small dogs. Just a great place for a small group. Brief but beautiful.

A brief stay while taking my oldest and a friend to Comic-con. Furnishings were old-school like I was visiting grandma’s house. Very comfortable, clean, and makes you feel like home. Bathrooms and kitchen are super clean and newly remodeled. Beds are comfortable and backyard and landscaping is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

My husband, my daughter, her boyfriend and our two dogs stayed here in late July. We are from LR, but haven't lived there in five years. We were delighted to be close to everything and loved the house and yard. It's the perfect size with plenty of room to stretch out and the fenced back garden is great to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. It was well-stocked and maintained. We will be back.

Comfortable house

We stayed here with our family while we were attending a wedding outside of Little Rock. The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the sitting room at the back of the house. If you are planning to cook a lot, this might not be the house for you. The kitchen items were fairly sparse compared to other rentals we've stayed in (e.g., older pots and pans, no colander). One of the people staying in the front bedroom was bothered by the traffic noise on the weekend. The property owner was very easy to communicate with.

A Peaceful Stay

The purple house was conveniently located to family we were visiting and it is a very comfortable and lovely home with all the amenities you need. When you enter, you will notice the hard work Jaime and Ruth put into the home to make it a great stay for their guests. Spacious bedrooms and closets, easy to find all you need in the kitchen, a nice dining room, comfy couches in the TV room and family friendly. Ruth was quick to get back to us when we had questions and they were resolved quickly. Overall a really nice property and stay. Do not hesitate to rent this property. It is peaceful and just what you need when you are away from your home. Thank you Ruth and Jaime!

Girls trip for National Pageant

My niece competed in the Miss High School America pageant and we made a girls trip out of it. My sisters, our daughters, and our mom all came in from across the country. The house was in a great location for easy access to everything we needed to get to.The driveway was challenging for larger vehicles as it is steep and narrow. The street is busy so if you are able to back in we found that easier for leaving, but also challenging to be able to back in. The beds were very firm, so if you like a firm bed you are in luck! The kitchen was stocked well and had everything we needed. The back yard was just turf and not grass. But we loved that the house was dog friendly for my sister’s dog. We really enjoyed our time here even with the little quirks.
