"This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for adventure and just relaxation without all fancy stuff. Concordia is the place for you. If you cannot do stairs then this place isn’t the place for you. You are located in a beautiful hillside with tons of stairs all around you. If you don’t need ac then this place is perfect for you in the tents. But they do have ac units as well. It’s rustic but brings you back to nature. You have an amazing beach just a half mile from the place called salt pond that you could just spend the whole day there and snorkel beautiful waters. Take a hike to ramhead trail from the resort. I stayed in unit 13 with no ac and had the best crosswinds coming through my unit. "

We enjoyed the deer that came to our door, the spacious house with room for we 6, plus room to spare.We also arrived to learn that the home next door was having an addition built so there was construction noise every day. That wasn’t management’s fault, just one of the things that can happen. There are also 3 markets nearby and convenient. Once construction is finished and a few furniture and maintenance items have been addressed, you’ll love staying here. "

"We had a terrific stay here! We used to love camping, but now our bodies love comfortable beds and air conditioning. This place has the best of both! The container room was completely comfortable. The kitchen area has a refrigerator so it was easy to keep supplies there. And you are surrounded by nature - deer, donkeys, goats, sugarbirds, toads... This site is located near Salt Pond Bay, the best beach on St. John, in my opinion, as well as the start to Ram Head trail, which is a gorgeous hike. It's is not at all commercial - no rentals or concessions - but the owner of the site has gear that you can borrow, including umbrellas, chairs floaties, and snorkel gear. (And you'll want snorkel gear because there is very cool snorkeling at Salt Pond Bay.) Except for Salt Pond Bay, you can't walk anywhere, but Coral Bay is about a 10 minute drive and there are restaurants and small markets there. "

The host is responsive and provides a fantastic welcome packet with information on beaches, where to find groceries, etc. Highly recommend for your next vacation in paradise."

It’s beautiful, it’s clean, the kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, the living area has plentiful seating, beds are so comfortable, bathrooms were stocked and the views breathtaking!! Five stars for everything and having Dwight help with any questions was priceless. He was so welcoming and made us feel “at home” from day one.
