Average hotel with good size rooms. Need update

A reasonable hotel in the town centre with lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Seems to do a lot of bus tour business. Room in bed are good but furnishings dated, and common areas are dingy.

Family trip

Have stayed here numerous times. This hotel improves tremendously after Covid, rooms are renovated and well lighted and the breakfast also better quality then before. Service is good especially checking in is fast. Location in the middle of the town but sad thing is those good eateries around have closed I believe caused by no tourist for past two years.

My regular hotel stay in Ipoh.

Stayed here numerous times. There's free multistorey parking as well as open air one behind hotel. Stayed Junior Suite a few times and it's nice with a sitting room with sofas and a tv plus views of the distance mountains. Check-ins are a breeze. Rooms are clean with adequate lightings.

Located on otherside of town but very easy to take a grab. Hotel staff were abit rude to each other at check in so was abit hesitant to check in. Room is very noisy and hear plumbing from every room around my room. Having said that, good value for the price paid.

House keeping staff - very good, room cleaned well Breakfast buffet wide spread except on 28/6 - one friend took the watermelon & had food posioning. One of the night at 0207hours there was fire alarm, everyone peek out of room to see. Called reception - no response.

Noisy and poor wifi

Those room that is facing the front , is very noisy . As there is a restaurant with live band even til 11pm.The wifi in my room is very unstable and bad. Not ideal for business where u need to make conf call
