"The spot was perfect for my family’s first international vacation together! Jack and Kay were very proactive in their communication and hospitality. The waterfront and accessories to enjoy it made us spend most of the week on the property and the surrounding sandbars. The screened-in porch allowed for most of our cooking thanks to the grill, pizza oven, and large burner while also letting us enjoy being outside for the majority of our stay.The spot was quiet even with construction happening on one side and a dog rescue on the other. We loved the local wildlife passing through the property (frogs, snails, sand crabs, and the occasional puppy).This place made for a memorable vacation!"

"What a fantastic week we had at CH Villa. Stayed last year at a smaller location just two houses away, so knew the area well. Needed a bigger place this year as we had a larger group. CH Villa could not have been better for us.Obviously, the location and beach are amazing. The house is comfortable and clean, and everything worked perfectly for us. Sport court in the front for after dinner activity was a big hit.Facing the beach, between the pool and the assorted sitting areas, there are so many different areas to gather---our group of 12 always felt like you had your own private resort.Rodman is a pleasure to deal with--super responsive and very accommodating.Would we go back? we are!"

"The room was great. Very service-minded staff that would assist with everything incl rental car or issues. We blew out a tire on the rental car, and the hotel staff helped assisting getting a new one. Top notch. The food on the island is overpriced (being an island) and not that great compared to Grand Bahama or Nassau. But everything else was better."

We were so fortunate to meet the owners of the home during our stay and they were so kind to show us around the little islands on their boat and even took my son fishing.
