"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "Pleasant efficient staff and good studio with excellent facilities. A handy tip is that you can park overnight (6pm-8am) on the street right opposite the hotel for free, spaces are limited but I got one for both of the nights I stayed. Even if you pay for a few hours, it's cheaper than £20 per night the hotel charges."

"Great hotel - it’s not central but if you have business in Cambridge’s west campus, it’s excellent. It’s about an horizon to walk its the centre of Cambridge, and the U1 and U2 busses plus a couple of others come out here. The hotel is well-kept, with a nice lobby fully of comfy seating and spots to get a bit of work done. Restaurant and cafe in the hotel, plus another cafe across the courtyard, along with a Sainsbury superstore. The rooms have small fridges, kettles and 2 bottles of still water daily. The rooms are quite pretty and spacious."

"Loved our stay. Great secure parking, striking reception and bar area, wonderful size room, lovely pool area and a fantastic equipped gym. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Small improvements : 2 TVs and the remotes control both so they keep coming on, going off, volume not working spasmodically / can only mirror screen from an android phone. We used 2 cups for tea, left them on side when we went out and the cups were put in the dishwasher by the cleaner but we had to wash them up when we got back as had no other cups to replace them. The usb ports in the plugs didn’t work next to the bed. For a Hilton hotel the pillows were very poor quality. Honestly had a wonderful stay and all those things were small but maybe worth a mention as easily rectified x"
