"The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up in my hand. I was them accused of smoking in the room because of the odor from the hair dryer. I would avoid this place at all costs. The restaurant was extremely overpriced and the food was barely edible. St Croix has numerous great places to stay and eat.....this isn't one of them."

"Staff was very good. Only issue was parking due to being so close to being next to downtown. Bartender laysha was amazing as well"

"Property was under construction. There’s no parking for the car. I have to wake up every morning to move the car. The beach was dirty."

"Very clean and convenient location. Had everything we needed and had no issues. We don’t use the pool so don’t know about it but the condo was very nice."
