"Everything was good EXCEPT Wendy the check out lady this AM gave me that classic southern attitude of hey boy you got a dog. Hey boy your credit card declined when it clearly wasn’t. Why do people have to ruin a nice hotel stay especially when you’re having time and being polite. Meh."

"Great location for a calm weekend getaway, lots to do in the area. Clean, accurate with a nice view of the marsh and pool area. Hot tubs on property was a nice change up. Excellent communication from the Host. Would most certainly stay here again. Beach is not walkable but a very easy drive no more than 5 min and lots of parking, not crowded at least this past weekend. Restrooms are close by. We enjoyed our stay."

"View was awful. Ok, I didn’t expect an ocean view but I did expect more than a view of a fence and a neighbouring condo. Room was ‘regular’ modest motel standard, shower tap was tricky, shower head fell off and shower door didn’t close. $500 for 2 nights and the bar and restaurant were both closed at 9pm on a Saturday night… "

The checkin process was challenging as VASCA had not put my name on the reservation. With a quick phone call it was resolved."
