"Listing stated two queen beds. Room actually had two double beds. When I messaged owner she ignored the error and refused to offer any compensation. She has now corrected the listing to show two double beds. This is false advertising and illegal. "

"The picture in rhe room had "something" on it, and the cleaning person did not replace my towels. She moved my washcloth in the shower, which made me then not use that one. Thankfully I travel with them. And while she did change my garbage, she left the full bag on the table. Also, didn't remake the bed. Last week's stay was much better. The woman who served breakfast was FABULOUS!!!! Super personable, attentive to each guest. Food was very good. Seceral options were offered. She made the stay enjoyable. "

"What’s not to love about seeing the ocean every time you walk in the condo?! Sharon was amazing at communication, the condo was cozy and lovely, and the views, unbelievable. We hoped for warmed weather and the hot tub wasn’t working for half the week but it still was extremely relaxing! "

"The room was clean and house keeping refreshed our towels & took out the trash daily. The resort this unit is on was well maintained and the check In staff was incredibly friendly. The elevators were working & there was an easy access ramp to the beach- so seems great for anyone with mobility restrictions. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a wonderful experience. It was our first time staying in Litchfield by the Sea even though we have visited Pawleys several times! The condo was small but perfect for my husband and me. The location is great, very close to the shops and the restaurants that we enjoy. We also really enjoyed our walks around the property and the beautiful beach is certainly a plus. We will be back!"

"The villa was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we could want for our little getaway. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the shower as well. This place is super convenient, being pretty much across the street from a Food Lion and several good restaurants and only few minutes from Brookgreen Gardens and Hunting Beach and a short drive from Georgetown. We'll definitely be back "
