"We thoroughly enjoyed our annual fall trip to Pawleys Island. The location was the perfect in between spot for our fishing trips to Georgetown and beach days at Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach. We visited Morse park, the oyster recycling area and the old Georgetown 17 bridge. We caught gar, small flounder, blue crab and a trophy 37” redfish. We especially loved having a washer and dryer on site which made it so we didn’t have to take home a load of laundry. The property was priced very reasonably for what was provided. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the balcony during our down time and even spotted a gator, turtles and multiple bird species in and around the pond. The full kitchen allowed us flexibility in either preparing meals ourselves or keeping leftovers from our favorite restaurants. We will return to Hog Heaven for BBQ again, delicious! Having a television in each room was a plus given we were traveling with two kids who never agree on what to watch. The neighbors were friendly with some being locals. Brett was a great host and extremely responsive when I reached out to him. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your space. We hope to return in the future!"

"This is the second time we stayed at this condo and it did not disappoint. The unit is very clean and comfortable for us. Staying on the first floor helps with toting luggage, groceries and golf clubs. The back screen porch which looks at the 17th fairway is a great place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the living room is comfortable for conversation and watching TV. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others."

"The rooms were clean. The host was very helpful. The only issue which the host was not made aware of was the HOA put a new roof on while we were there and that was very annoying. I would recommend this place to anyone but especially to a golfer because it is on a golf course."

The inside seems to be all original so it needs updating overall but if you don’t care about those type of things and looking for simple, then it works just fine. Loved the larger screens in porch. The pool was literally across the street so very easy to go back and forth."
