"Very small room and very, very small bathroom. Only soap was at sink, no sink in shower. First day. Also no shower mat first day. Corrected after I mentioned this. I laid a towel on the floor. Free coffee in the morning but no decaf. I inquired about staying until one. At night I was told $10 for extra hour. In the morning I was told $20 for extra hour. I paid the $20. Saturday evening a large crowd in the restaurant so had to park in the way back of the lot. Great location. $15 each day for resort fee, not explained when I made reservation. An expensive weekend!!"

"I mentioned to the Avon Old Farm Hotel staff that I was very disappointed with the many malfunctions, including: the desk phone had no power, the TV wasn't connected, so Netflix wasn't available. They charge me more than what was expected in my itinerary sum total was suppose to be $239. Not $280. They need to reimburse all of my payments."
