"Great stay"

"Great hotel for kids, so much for them to do. The rooms are not the cleanest the carpets need a good hoover. Bathrooms clean but tea/coffee toilets tools etc not replenished you need to ask for more. The shuttle bus is terrible, 1 bus to 4 hotels so everyone pushes and shoves to get on. This unfortunately does put you off going back to such a great hotel. I did however really enjoy our stay, the swimming is just great along with the softplay and outdoor play area. Breakfast is basic but does the job for what you pay. "

"Very mixed experience.. arrival the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the staff at breakfast were fantastic! However, our room had a funny smell to it on arrival. The staff charged our toddler for a meal (she’s two and didn’t take more than two bites of food) and the indoor pool was freezing. "

"Great hotel close Disneyland Paris - perfect option for the parks if you want to stay off site. My room had a kitchen with large fridge space, living area with sofa and separate bedroom. Will definitely be using again. Very picturesque street location "
