Travel cot and highchair. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Tennis court (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Unfenced stream in grounds. Fishing lake 300 yards.. This detached bungalow has been furnished to provide a comfortable holiday home, set in a rural location. The property has patio doors leading directly out to a patio, with a stream running close by and easy walking access. Set on the owners’ site, Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, which is situated in a quiet wooded valley, and has access to a fishing lake (licence required, at cost). Ideally located to visit many gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens, and the Eden Project. There are many historic houses close by including Llanhydrock, Cotehele and Anthony House. Visit the north coast villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. Horse riding nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles.

Very clean and comfortable would definitely stay again.
Very clean and comfortable would definitely stay again... we didn't no that there was a charge for WiFi but it was not a problem...we stayed in January and 1 heater was not working so was a bit cold when relaxing on the evenings but very nice . .. ..
