Your home right in the heart of Lisbon! with a balcony to the Augusta Street!

This apartment was completely renovated a few months ago. It has a suite, a living room of 50 m2 with kitchenette, a bathroom and an extra WC. It has a balcony that overlooks Augusta Street which is simply marvellous!
The photograph of the street was taken from this balcony!
From this balcony we have a privileged view on Chiado and Rua Augusta. It's a 4th floor and there's no elevator.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed and a single bed that can be converted into two single beds, or in one double bed (this bed in German is called Raumsparbett).
The apartment is fully equipped and acomodates 6 people.

Important Rules:
- It's strictly forbidden to make noise after 10 p.m.
- Parties are strictly forbidden
- Check-in is possible from 12 a.m. but please note that when there's someone leaving the apartment the same day, check-in time will always depend on the previous check-out.
- We need about 2-3 hours to prepare the apartment
- Normally is possible to leave the luggage at the apartment on the day you arrive, while the apartment is being prepared for you
- Guest cannot use the apartment neither stay on the apartment while it's being prepared for them
- Check-out is until 12 a.m.
- The following charges are applied for late check-in: 20 euros after 10 p.m. and 30 euros after 12 a.m.
- Late check-out is possible but it must be always arranged directly with me. Charges may be applied
- When it's not possible to have a late checkout, we let the guests leave their luggage on the apartment until as late as possible
- Guests must leave the apartment cleaned and tidy
- Garbage can't be left on the apartment (unless guests leave on a Sunday because garbage is not collected on Sundays)
