The hotel is extremely wonderful! The staff is so friendly and helpful & the aesthetic of the entire building is excellent with attention to details. The room was very clean and the welcome brownies were delicious! The only complaint I have is water from the shower leaked a little bit outside the shower door, but thats it! I wish this franchise expanded beyond Portugal I would stay at Wine and Books each time I travel!

I had an excellent stay here! The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped with impressive amenities. The staff was friendly and professional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Fernando at the concierge desk—he was incredibly helpful and shared great tips about local attractions and restaurants. This property is very modern and eco friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the food is organic and fresh. I felt so safe and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. I especially enjoyed the spa after a long day of traveling. The hotel is super super clean.
