This is an amazing flat situated in Arroios, relatively close to the touristic centre, is located on a 2th floor without elevator. Ideal for a couple, or a family with one child this apartment has an incredible view of the river and a great terrace to enjoy perfect sunsets in Lisbon!

The property features 1 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed for 1 person, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. You will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

La location est géré par une entreprise de gestion locative.Appartement idéal pour 2 personnes.Il est situé à 10 min à pied des stations de métro Alameda et Arroios ce qui est très pratique pour venir de l'aéroport ou se rendre dans le centre ville.Il y a la climatisation. Une petite terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuné. La cuisine est pratique avec un lave vaisselle et lave linge. Des plaques vitrocéramique (pas induction, attention au risque de brûlure)Bref à première vu l'appartement idéal pour un court séjour à 2.Cependant il y a deux gros points noirs qu'il faut absolument résoudre : - Le matelas du lit est totalement affaissé et donc très inconfortable pour dormir.- Une très mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, probablement dû au nombreuses moisissures dans les joints et sur les murs. La fenêtre de la salle de bain donne sur la cage d'escalier et la VMC fonctionne uniquement lorsque la lumière de la salle de bain est allumé...Dommage car à cause de ces deux points noirs, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement.
