Excellent location. Many great eating spots close by and very close to the monastery. Easy to get but don’t bother lining up for 15 tram it’s much better to take the train -just 3 short stops from the metro. Mattress was very firm which is okay if you like that.

Ver Belem Suites was extremely clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even carrying our suitcases upstairs (there’s no elevator) and running outside after us when we left a computer power supply in the room when we checked out. The room was small, as are many in Europe, but laid out efficiently enough that two people could easily function. Multiple eating options and shops right outside your door. And many of the main tourist sites of Belem in easy walking distance.

We were quite surprise about how it’s was quiet since there’s restaurants on the main floor (no reception by the way) and around with indoor dining and outdoor terrace. On the first day that we arrived, there was fumes and smell from the restaurent coming up in the staircases and a little bit in the room but it gradually disappeared. Adequate room size

Property was very clean. It is what it says it is in terms of stairs no elevator. Being near the water the room was moist the whole time even with air or heat or just a fan on. Nothing seemed to solve that issue. Good location for tourist for food and things to see and do.

There wasn’t much communication with staff, I was unclear who to report to. Also, there was limited dining in the area, I am vegan so it is hard, another restaurant said ‘try McDonald’s’ which I found a little rude, in a tourist area they should be aware of accommodating restaurants in the area.

Um quarto para dormir

A localização é otima, o quarto estava muito bem arrumado, limpo e tinha uma maquina de cafe e agua no frigobar. O quarto é muito menor que as fotos sugerem. Deve até ter um quarto maior, mas o que eu fiquei era muito pequeno, com teto muito baixo, pouca iluminado e a unica janela dava de frente para a janela do apartamento ao lado (as janelas eram muito proximas, se abrisse a janela estava quase na dentro da cozinha do vizinho). Um ótimo quarto para quem só precisa de um lugar para dormir. Se vc for passear o dia todo e só ficar no quarto para dormir, nao terá problemas. Nao tem espaço pra fazer refeições, nem lugar para tomar o café da manhã.

Diese Unterkunft hat mir gut gefallen. Die Rückreise leider nicht, mussten nach Köln und sind dort gestrandet. Wir mussten in Köln ein Auto mieten für die Rückreise in die Schweiz. Zusatzkosten ca. Fr. 650.- Wieso gab es keine Rückreise von Portugal nach Zürich mit TAP. Bin sehr enttäuscht von ebookers, weil niemand zu erreichen war!

En general estuvo bien , salvo algunos detamles que no fueron tan positivos. El checking fue normal trato amable, "con lo justo ". El internet funciona bastante mal se desconecta muchas veces !! Muy debil !! TV mal....somo lls canales locales ( un par de Brasil ) ni siquiera canales , emisoras de la EU esto es muy flojo...!! En el toillete muy poca iluminacion y en general muy muy poco espacio

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. My room was generally quiet but the main staircase was made of wood and pretty noisy. That was actually the only problem I faced.

Great situation. Many little problems.

It was really a mistake to arrive after 22pm. Doorcode didn't work and had to wait an hour to have a key. Little problems inside the room: safetybox didn't work. The toiletseat was malfunctioning, luckily it was fixed quickly. The aircondition dropped water. Got bucket under it. But elseway: room was beautiful, little fridge was working and coffeemachine also. Bed was good. And the best part was situation near the congresscentre and the neirbourghood was the best place for jogging and seeing sights. Mc Donalds downstairs kept us warm at first evening as waiting the keys. Room in parkside was quit at night. If all little things at first would have been better, I would give 4 stars. Now only 2.
