For sleeping there is a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Public transport within 5 minutes walk includes two metro lines (green and blue), various buses and trams, trains, and taxis are passing all the time around the corner of the streets both up and down the hill.
Gardens, belvederes, coffees and restaurants, trendy stores and stores invoking ancient times, museums and theaters, everything is within walking distance of this house.
And because it is still absolutely true and its inhabitants do keep on saying it:
