The room was a little on the smaller side but had all of the necessary amenities. It was comfortable and very clean. The location was close to the waterfront, and so many good restaurants and sites. Check in was easy and the staff was so friendly.

I accidentally booked my stay for one night less than I meant to and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even keeping me in the same room for the extra night I needed. The location is convenient for exploring both Baixa and Alfama with easy access to public transportation to Belém and north to the National Tile Museum and aquarium. The amarguinha sour at the bar is also incredibly refreshing after walking around Lisbon all day.

We ended a cruise in Lisbon and selected this hotel to stay for a couple days afterwards. It was a short trip (<1km and walkable) from the port. The location was ideal, being about 2 blocks and away from the noise from the main tourist road through the city and a short walk to the castle. The hotel and the room were updated, clean, and quiet. The room was said to be small (traveler's room?), but it was more square than a typical hotel room and quite spacious. Towels were thick, water pressure excellent and our experience overall was amazing. We will definitely stay here any time we are in Lisbon because of the cleanliness, convenience and safety! Excellent choice!
