The room was very comfortable with bed not too hard. On arrival, we were given a free breakfast for one morning. We were also given chocolates at night. The staff are very friendly. Hotel in great proximity to public transport.

Our stay at the TURIM Europa was wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave recommendations for dining, shopping and site seeing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The area close by all attractions and staff very friendly no haven’t issue at check in and out it’s nice the hotel provided tea and coffee in the room, the one thing hotel need to upgrade is TV still old fashion very small and need to have double glasses window as people outside making noise we can hear clearly, otherwise all is super good definitely will be back and stay there

Really nice location and clean hotel. 2 items to improve upon: 1. Check in took a really long time 2. On expedia, they have 2 photos for a double room. One with 1 bed and the other with 2 beds. As a result i thought I booked a room with 2 beds. Clearer photos would be great

Had to change room as the whine from the electricity circuit room was unbearable, when the reception staff was asked about changing rooms there was a lot of eye rolling and general huffiness from the male receptionist, very unprofessional.

By far my worst experience at a 4 star hotel

By far my worst experience at a 4 star hotel. The first room had a strong bad smell (probably water damaged), why we asked to change room. In the second room, the air condition did not work, making it impossible to sleep due to the intense heat. After asking to change room once again, the receptionist ironically asked us to come back the next morning in order to change room. Finally, we were changed to a room where the air condition worked and there was no bad smell. However, the room seemed to be a single room (although we had booked a double room), and old and very worn out - including obvious signs of water damages on the bathroom door. I will not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Location a bit out of the way but once we figured out the subway, easy fast access to the main touristy areas. In walking distance to the hop on hop off bus tour pickup. Bar had tasty snacks and happy hour in the evening.
