Studio in Alfama by Lisbon Heart

The apartment has been recently renovated and everything was planned to answer your needs. This place's open concept gives the space - which nowadays is probably called a studio, with no defined rooms - a cozy luminosity, and a privileged view over the street's festivities.

In the bedroom area, the two single beds unite to form a spacious double bed, that, complemented by the murphy bed in the kitchen and living room area, is perfect to comfortably accommodate a couple with a child, or a group of 3 friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything needed in the daily life: fridge, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.

The bathroom is big enough to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and a safe.

Our service includes fresh towels and bedding, and there is also a washing machine free to use.

Pleasant Flat with Perfect Location

This flat was exactly what we needed- a place for a good, comfortable night's sleep. The A/C was good, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. The location was awesome, being in the Algarve area, we could walk to a lot of good places to eat. We loved it!

Great location and accommodation

The hosts were very communicative and the accommodation was clean and in perfect condition. The location was perfect, in Alfama, an old and interesting neighbourhood. While I love the labyrinth of streets, I was happy to be staying in an easy to locate spot. I was most surprised by how quiet it was at night. Thanks to my hosts for a great stay and I particularly appreciated the lovely touch of the bottle of wine.

Mixed review

This property was very clean, nicely equipped and in a great location. The communication with the property manager was very good with arrival information. The issue we had was that the bed is rock hard and I was unable to sleep on it. We were told that no one else had this complaint and to generally just deal with it when we asked for padding . Luckily there is a Murphy bed that was slightly better so i slept on that and my husband lived with the bed. If not for the bed and brush off for our request i would have given 5 stars.

Great location and apartment

Stayed three nights here and the apartment and its location were great! In the lower Alfalma probably 100 meters up a gentle hill to the stairs to the unit. It has a little balcony that overlooks the small street. Easy to catch transportation and very walkable to other parts of city, too. The apartment was well furnished, very clean and well-designed for a small space. I think it is ideal for two people but could include a third person, although a bit tight for three. Beds were comfortable but not plush. Kitchen is the social area and is well stocked. On the street there is a small grocery, a wine shop, a barber and affordable gift shop with some nice products instead of the usual cheap stuff. My favorite activity was hanging out on a kitchen chair looking down the street to people watch while having a cocktail. Can be a little noisy from the street, but we slept pretty well anyways. I would definitely book this property again. Thanks to the hosts who communicated well and helped us with a few questions.

The property was a bit hard to find. Google maps did not take us directly to the studio, but we ended up finding it. The studio was clean, small bathroom counter space, but large shower. There was a washing machine which was convenient. The door had a great, secure lock, which made it nice to know you were secure while sleeping. Overall a nice place to stay.

Excellent apartment in Alfama

This is a wonderful, clean, cozy apartment located right in the historic district of Alfama with easy access to public transportation to go anywhere you wish. The well-appointed kitchen and large shower make it feel like a true home away from home. The local neighborhood is full of character, and I would highly recommend staying here on a trip to Lisbon!

Lovely little place in a perfect location

This little apartment is exactly as advertised and perfectly appointed. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy, and the air conditioner worked great. It is in a great location with an easy walk to restaurants, the cruise ship port, the Fado museum, and about a five minute walk from the metro/train station.
