Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaints are that the AC wasn’t super helpful and it was a bit expensive. Otherwise very smooth. Really appreciated that they let me keep my suitcase there when I left Lisbon for two days (before coming back to the same place).

The hotel room itself was very nice and comfortable. There was a lack of hospitality from the staff (especially one of the women at the reception). It is also very inconvenient that the room price does not include breakfast. In addition to being located right by the train station and right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores, the hotel is in a fantastic location.

This is a basic hotel - with spacious rooms and a good location....but not much else. Which is fine if that's what you are looking for. But don't expect a 'hotel' experience. I've stayed here twice (for very short stays).

This hotel is located in the center of the attractions with walking distance to subway and all shops and restaurants. It can be noisy as the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear people talking and partying in the street. The hotel does not have much amenities, so be prepared. The only thing we got was 2 shampoos and that is it. No iron, toothpaste, toothbrush, hand soap! They manually lock the main entrance door at midnight, so if you wanna return back to hotel you will have to ring a bell and wait gor someone to wake up and come open the door for you. The room did not have a safe box either. So dont leave your valuables in the room. Wifi was good and high speed.

Overall very nice. Staff was extremely helpful. Left Lisbon for a few days and they let me keep my suitcase there until I returned (since I had a reservation there when I got back). One person walked me to the nearest mailbox to drop off a postcard. Very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the AC was not good, I set it down to quite low but I honestly didn't feel much of a difference from the outside temperature and it made it somewhat difficult to sleep. Also it was a bit pricey, but I suppose it's fair given the quality and location. Overall very good.
