Beautiful and Spacious.

Beautiful apartment with every amenity you need. Very spacious and clean. Enough size for couple or small family. I don’t know why the reviews are so bad for this apartment? I’ve traveled to over 30 countries and this is one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in the city center and it is a short walk to everything. Yes you can hear the train coming by every 15/25 minutes but you will hear the same tram if stay anywhere near city center in Lisbon! My only gripe is that the bed isn’t very comfortable it could be better. Other than that the apartment is perfect the furniture is very comfortable don’t minds the reviews of people saying it’s not the plastic doesn’t nothing to the effect of comfort.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT BIEN SITUE

Magnifique appartement décoré avec goût, très bien situé sur la jolie Praça da Figueira. Tout est à proximité. L'appartement est très bien insonorisé pour les bruits extérieurs, mais nous entendons le métro. Cela étant dit, lorsque nous sommes à Lisbonne et aussi bien situé, le séjour n'est pas fait pour rester enfermé dans l'appartement, donc ce petit inconvénient est très vite oublié. Surtout ne pas oublier de monter dans les hauteurs pour se faire une soirée Fado. C'est indispensable pour bien découvrir le Portugal. Un grand merci à nos hôtes.

Great location except metro train run under building and shakes building every 7-10 minutes. Those who cannot sleep with noise don’t recommend. Didn’t bother us. Centrally located, easy walking distance to major locations and train, metro stations. Should provide cleaning service twice a week. Were at the property for 6 nights and didn’t come for single time to clean. Recommend having written instructions in English how to operate cooktop and washer/dryer combo unit. Shower head not working. I read same comment prior to my trip. Safe location. Staff available mostly and communicate well. Aerobus stops in front of building in the Placa. Uber is dirt cheap to travel anywhere.

Die Lage am Praca da Figueira ist perfekt. Man ist mitten im Zentrum und hat die Metro sowie Tram und Taxis direkt vor der Türe. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Apartement direkt auf den Praca da Figueira. Einzige Minuspunkte sind das ziemlich kleine Badezimmer und dass die Metro direkt unter dem Apartement durchfährt und dies sehr gut zu hören (spüren) war. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau den Bildern auf der Homepage.

Poor customer service but great location!

The main positive is the location here; it is slap bang on the centre of things- on one of the main squares for public transport and easy to get everywhere. However, the main issue was that the shower did not work- this was reported on the first morning of being there and the company chose not to do anything about it- I’m pretty sure the shower has not been working in some time as it didn’t look used, so I’m sure they are aware of the issue and chose not to do anything about it. The next thing we here from them was at 10pm the night before check-out, saying don’t forget to leave the city tax and sorry for the late reply! Also, the sofa has a weird plastic material over it which is super uncomfortable. There is a washing machine, but no washing powder so you have to buy a full box yourself. Also there were only 4 glasses, none of which were matching. It is such a shame that there are significant issues with this property, given such a great location.

Fantastische locatie, mooi appartement. Alles was duidelijk gecommuniceerd door de organisatie. Het enige minpunt is dat recht onder het appartement de metro rijdt, en dat hoor en voel je. Elke keer dat een metro voorbij komt, trilt het hele huis, van 's morgens vroeg tot de laatste metro .
