Beautiful room, great neighbourhood it was very lively during the day and around dinner time, a couple of outdoor dining options just outside the door and up the street again. It quieted down around 11:pm just in time to get a good night’s sleep. Would stay again!

Room is clean except the toilet bowl (need to be deep cleaned) and because our room is on the street side a little bit noisy of cars passing by during the night. Restaurant at the ground floor serves good food too.

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was lovely, big and clean. It was in a very convenient location to take in all the sights of Lisbon. Bit of a trek with luggage up to the fourth floor with no elevator, but the charm of the hotel was worth it. Breakfast and check-in are across the street. Breakfast was light, and always waiting for the eggs to be stocked up as they made very small batches. It was a small selection for breakfast but good and we made due. Bed was comfortable and quiet enough with the shutters closed.

The property didn’t have a safe, or a coffee machine. However it was clean and a decent size for the two of us. If you need to park good luck finding a place. It was stressful just getting out of the cab it was so busy. The location was good if you’re ok with hills. This place is in Alfama so very hilly but close to the St.Jorge’s Castle. Awesome views just down the street from hotel, 2 different spots actually. Easy descend on the cobblestone, just have good grips on your walking shoes or sandles.

Great stay overall! The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining how everything works. There are some stairs to climb up to get to your room. The room has everything you'd need and more than enough space to open up your suitcase. Clean room and comfy bed.

Great location in older part of the city. Check in is across the street in the restaurant. Very small room, no tea making facilities or kitchen access that you would expect in a Band B. Also no breakfast included unless you pay 15 Euro at the restaurant. Staff quite helpful

Great location, room was on the smaller side, bathroom same, I booked a room with a balcony but way too small and could not enjoy seating outside and enjoy the view. You had to go across the street to check in then go back to your building ! Coffee Service would be nice , somewhere , somehow ! Would I go back ? I’m not sure !

The B&B is in a lovely area that is authentic and historic. It is incredibly picturesque and charming. It definitely isn’t for people with any mobility issues though as it is not accessible for everyone unless you’re going to rely on the tuk tuks to get around! As for the B&B itself…you get what you pay for. The room was small but as it was only a base for us that didn’t matter. But there was no wardrobe or drawers to store clothes, just a rail with a couple of hangers and no plug socket near the mirror so you couldn’t dry or straighten your hair! The shower was decent but could do with a good deep clean and mould removal. The sink was marked so had seen better days and the tap was very loose. Due to the B&B being on the main road, it was very noisy throughout the night with people talking, shouting and cars and trams going up and down. Obviously that’s just the nature of the location but I did sleep terribly every night. One thing I do think was incredibly bad was the accommodation conning us on a taxi from the airport. I messaged the B&B asking if they provide a taxi service from the airport. They said yes and a transfer company contacted me. A lovely guy picked us up and was very informative. However this cost €40. As we didn’t know how far it was from the airport we just accepted that was a reasonable price. It was only on research for the return to the airport I found the average cost should be €15-€23!! I feel the B&B know what they’re doing and took advantage.
