The beds are very old and very squeaky, couldn’t sleep, because whenever someone moved, it sounded like the bed was about to fall. The staff was amazing and the location very central, walkable but with hundreds of stairs, but that’s Lisbon!

Very basic hostel but staff were friendly! Other guests staying at the hostel were not respectful of quiet time after 10pm and were loud at all hours of the night. Felt safe and good location!

SafeStay Lisboa

Great location of the hostel, close to the city center, but also placed at really calm street. It has nice spacious common room to chill. Nice and helpful staff. Check-in from 2pm, check-out till 10am, but very helpful thing - you can leave your luggage and go to visit the city when you arrive to early for check -in or after check out.

Crowded 12 people in a room and one bathroom. Guy next to me made noise most of the night. Only one pillow and not very thick. Room was hot with a single pedestal fan. Sweat while sleeping.

They weren't nice at all. I had paid the tax of 4€ directly in Expedia and they charged me again when I arrived, so be careful with this. Also in its home page says the check out it's before noon but when you arrive they say it's before 11 am. I paid for an only woman room and I got a mix room. The staff were rude and not empathetic. There’s no dryer in bathrooms. It's so noisy, dirty and old so you better choose another one.

Mit Koffer sind die Aufgangstreppen zum Haus nicht zu bewältigen. Wir haben die Unterkunft nicht nutzen können. In der Beschreibung wurde nicht darüber informiert. Umfeld war auch voller Müll. Wir werden nicht mehr über Expedia Buchen.

El lugar está bien, es limpio y todo en orden. Yo llegué por metro y cuando iba subiendo una pendiente que tienes que pasar (la del tranvía), vi a un par de personas mayores que se iban cayendo, porque está algo pronunciada. Además se tiene que subir varios escalones para acceder, pero así es TODA Lisboa, tiene muchas pendientes. El resguardo de equipaje tiene un costo de 3 Euros. No se acepta efectivo para nada. Tiene una terraza muy linda. Para mí su ubicación me gustó mcho porque tenía varios bares hacia arriba de la calle, entonces no tuve que caminar mucho por la noche.

Todos los espacios siempre estuvieron muy limpios, baños, regaderas, habitaciones, áreas comunes. El personal muy amable. Mi único disgusto fue que nuestra habitación tenía goteras y la solución fue poner dos cubetas abajo. De ahí en más, es un gran lugar para hospedarse
