The location was excellent IF you’re a young couple. Otherwise, hot, no ac, uncomfortable bed, mould in the washing machine, couch and shower not as pictured.
There is ALOT of noise and it’s loud at all times of the week. During the day there’s construction in the house next door so loud drilling was quite disruptive when trying to have a mid day nap with a toddler. At night, the clubs and bars scene is also very loud. With closed windows it does drown some of the noise, but there is NO air conditioning so it become very hot with windows closed.
The single fan is not effective to cool to whole place so it’s very hot and uncomfortable.
The bed is small (I think a double) and shaky and unstable, if you’re two people average height or taller it’s a terrible sleep.
The couch in the ad I be living room is NOT the one that’s in the place. The couch in the picture is a L shaped couch but the one in the living room is a small green couch it’s basically a large chair. Terrible.
The shower doesn’t have a glass door pictured, it has a curtain which makes the shower even smaller because it keeps touching you as your showering .
We tried to do one load of laundry, but as we opened the machine there was a TOXIC mould smell that come thought and as I checked, there is BLACK MOULD in the rubber. Huge black mould!
And lastly day before we checked out someone unlocked the door and proceeded to enter the unit (apparently was a cleaner) but they were unannounced and unexpected
