The hotel is outdated, sink broken, table paint’s peeled, very tiny rooms, some rooms don’t have fridge…. Some staff are very rude. We stayed for 2 nights when in Lisbon, went to Algarve and on the last night we came back to the same hotel to pick up the flight early in the morning. We asked the person at reception for a slight bigger room, his reply was disrespectful and end up giving us a very old room with strong smell and 10 min later the AC broke and started dripping water, awful experience., it was really disappointing. Another helpful agent ended up moving us to a decent room, smells clean. Despite that the location is so close to the metro, train, and the airport, reason why i picked it, i won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, It’ll ruin your beautiful Lisbon’s experience.

Excellent location, very convenient to travel from the airport and to the city.The bus number 722 from the airport stop opposite the hotel also can take you to the main square,stop by all sightseeing buses located.And Metro right in front the hotel only takes around 6-7 stops to Rossio where all busy areas. The room is average you get what you pay for, staffs were attentive.The draw back is the breakfast I did not expect much as the hotel price quite cheap but it should have more of standard breakfast! Lacks of selections ,only served scrambled egg and baked beans for hot breakfast and it was cold and not look present.

I was in Lisbon for 2 nights conducting business and just needed a bed and bathroom. This place is good for that and not much else. Reception staff were not receptive. Housekeeping was prompt. My single room was old and dingy. But you get what you pay for.

Sadly the hotel needs some maintenance work on the rooms as bathroom facilities are basic with a cracked toilet and leaking taps. A hole in curtains and a carpet worn threadbare could be updated but for 1 night before joining a cruise it's convenient for cruise port. Staff are helpful. If you haven't brought Euros the Oceu supermarket has a cash machine from which you can get them. It's just round cirner

5 night stay as a couple :)

The location of the hotelroom was really good and central. Close to the metro and bus. Also many great café's nearby. Really recommend Delicia Brunch Café. Supermarket nearby and also pharmacy nearby. We enjoyed the view in 5th floor. Our stay in Lisbon was amazing and these are the things bringing up the rating. The price per night was good being that central. There wasn't that much noise from the street even being that central. All of this said there were some things we didn't like about the rooom/Hotel. It was a quite strong smell of sewer from the bathroom/toilet. There were stains on the sheets and pillows. The fish in the reception had such a depressing aquarium that it was kinda hard to look at them every time you went in or out of the hotel...

The room was not as shown in pictures. It was ran down with holes in the carpet. The towels were not soft. No night table by the bed or lamp or phone. The breakfast which I payed 5 euros for was mediocre. The location and transportation around the hotel were the plus. They really need to update the hotel. It’s not the staff’s fault at all. I will choose a different hotel next time I visit Lisbon.

Clean room for the most part, staff was nice but not the most welcoming. Breakfast was the worst part about my stay, while it was free, the food wasn’t good, not much variety, always ran out of things. Not worth the free breakfast in my opinion. There was really good air conditioning though. They have the world’s smallest elevator. A big window with lots of daylight. This place is more in the inland part of Lisbon, it is about a 15-20 minute drive to the tourist part/coast of the city. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and don’t mind the breakfast situation then this could be an option for you!
