- Work-friendly internet and Wi-Fi
- Committed to sustainability
- We will cover the daily tourist tax fee for your reservation but will require that you upload all guests' (13 years and older) passports or identification cards to the group chat to present to the local officials before you arrive
- We will text you on your arrival date if your property is ready early

- Dedicated driveway parking for 2 cars and parking in front of the house
- Light sleepers may hear the traffic on N247
- Dogs cannot be left home alone if they will bark and disturb our neighbors
- Please buy travel insurance if your plans may change within 30 days of arrival
