The location is excellent, very clean and quiet, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and some of Lisbon's attractions. It is also very convenient for transportation. The staff are also very warm and attentive.

We stayed just one night between flights, but the experience exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional—personalized and attentive. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed sheets were some of the most comfortable we ever slept in, competed with Shangri-la and Fairmont. Room and bedding were clean, only complaint was carpet was old and had stains. Bathroom sink tap had no hot water at times.
