Nice hotel, really cool vibe, lovely staff. My room looked over some industrial fans out back, which was very loud and a bit annoying, but that’s not a huge issue. Biggest problem was the entire hotel reeks of truffle oil (from the restaurant), but to each their own.

The staff were amazing with a very warm welcome for my mom who was celebrating an early 70th birthday. They were extremely helpful throughout her stay and offered her a very friendly atmosphere away from home. It was perfect stay for her. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic. Easy walking to the metro and the city squares. Easy commute to the airport via public transport. The hotel staff were excellent. Wish I could say I enjoyed my stay but sorry that’s just not the fact. Staff wasn’t helpful, the smell in the room was disgusting that I had to leave the window open for 2 hrs to get rid of it, bed was clean but everywhere else in the room was awfully dirty with dust and suspicious stains. And the noise - I don’t know if I was unlucky but there was clearly some sort of party outside on the street and there was very loud noise til midnight (or later). I hardly got any sleep that night. Rooftop view wasn’t amazing. I’m glad I stayed only for one night.

This property has all the ingredients to be amazing. What let’s it down is a few members of the team. Breakfast: you have to ask for the room rate every morning otherwise the waiter at the buffet gets stroppy. Coffee: sat down in a near empty restaurant and was asked to sit at the bar as ‘they might get a booking’. As the room was almost empty at 12:30 it was unlikely to have filled up in the time it takes to drink a coffee. Instead we left and went to a local coffee shop. Roof bar does not serve the complimentary drinks, seems odd but that is the rules. The amenities and room are lovely, front desk very helpful and the cleaning staff are so cheerful, a credit to the team.
