Ok if your arrived near 4pm..

This was a an OK place the problem is that you can't check in until 4 (no one answered the locked door). Our flight arrived at 1pm..I sayed with the luggage while my family walked around and saw what I was going to see with them.. I missed Lisbon, sitting on the street with luggage.. The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be

This was a good value for the price. The room we had had a nice little balcony that we made great use of. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and understanding even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. That said, this isn't a hotel-- if you're looking for the Hilton experience, go to the Hilton. What this IS is a very nice hostel experience! The common areas were cleanand orderly, and I generally felt pretty safe there. Also your can't beat this location if you're looking to explore the night life scene, there's dozens of clubs, bars, fado houses, etc. on the same street and on all the streets around it, as well as many fantastic bakeries and restaurants! It was also a quick walk to the river shore. Overall I had a comfortable stay here.

This was the worst experience I could imagine and I didn't even stay there. After no one answered the phone on different times on different days, we showed up at check in time (4pm). The receptionist was unable or unwilling to help us despite our reservation and prepayment we showed her. She had us wait almost 2 hours before deciding that the only way we could proceed was to wait for her boss and pay for an entirely new room. She blamed Expedia for not inputting us into her system and we were never given a refund from either company. Trust me: do not entertain this booking

This is a Hotel/hostel it’s located in central Lisbon, The only comment is you have to climb stairs and we had a room on the third floor and we had to climb many stairs, the second and third floor stairs don’t have handrails, It is good for healthy people, shared bathroom in the morning and evening you have to wait some times.

Definitely a no frills property for people looking for a place to crash after a long night out in Bairro Alto. No response when asked to drop bags early (via text). No one arrives at the property until checkin time at 4pm. The AC didn't work in the room and when asked about looking into fixing it they made an attempt, but when that didnt work the response was like "well, what can you do? Works great in the winter." Wouldn't stay here again.

INCONSIDERATE GUESTS WHO COME IN AT 2AM SLAMMING DOORS, WALKING LOUDLY AND YELLING, AND OF COURSE THERE IS NO RECEPTION SO NO ONE IS HERE TO CONTROL THIS. *TONS* OF STAIRS. Bathroom is DISGUSTING and there are balls of hair in room floors.
