Located in a modern neighborhood in Algés, just at Lisbon doors, with nice views to Monsanto hills and Tejo river.
Residential area with supermarkets and coffe shops at walking distance.
Very close to Lisbon city center, just a few minutes driving, and with public transportation close by.
Just 10 minutes walking distance from train station (Lisbon - Cascais line).
And also very close to Oeiras and Cascais beaches and golf courses.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofas and dinning area.
With simple but very comfortable decoration, cozy and with a lot of light.
Nice balcony to enjoy views with small table and chairs.

4. Need to make new keys: 25€.
5. Travel to aid in the handling of appliances (when not justified):

6. Missing or damaged articles after the stay is charged (security deposit).
